INDIVIDUAL AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Round-trip airport transfers to and from the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef are being arranged through IMI St. Thomas to provide convenient transportation to everyone who is attending the meeting – between January 6 and January 14. This is being provided by Affinity Insurance Ltd. and there is no cost to you. Please provide your flight information by Friday, December 8, 2017 so we can make appropriate transportation arrangements.

NOTICE

Upon arrival into St.Thomas, go into baggage claim and look for a uniformed IMI staff person in a Coral color polo shirt holding a welcome sign reading “Affinity Insurance Ltd.”. IMI staff will direct you to baggage claim. After claiming your luggage, IMI staff will escort you with your luggage to a waiting vehicle that will then depart directly to the hotel.

In the unexpected event your flight is delayed, flight connection is missed or you do not see a person from IMI St. Thomas holding an “Affinity Insurance Ltd.” sign, you may contact IMI by:
